Had the privilege of conducting a Book Reading & Interactive Session on “Fear – Your True Friend” with the amazing team at Delivery Solutions, organised by Abbas Merchant, Country Head – Delivery Solutions.
What stood out?
A room full of sharp, driven professionals — yet deeply open to exploring something we rarely talk about in corporate settings: Fear.
We explored:

• How unaddressed fear shows up as stress, overwork, control, and burnout
• The difference between reactive fear and conscious awareness

The most powerful moment?
When leaders acknowledged that fear doesn’t weaken performance — unprocessed fear does.
