Refund Policy

Coaching Services:

Refunds for coaching services will be considered if the client is not satisfied with the first session. A written request for a refund must be submitted within 24 hours of the session and the final say would lie with us for approval or rejection of the request

E-commerce Products (Books, eBooks, etc.):

Refunds for physical products are available if the product is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, etc.):

No refunds are available for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Workshops and Events:

Refunds for workshops or events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event and the final onus will lie with us.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
